Referral Program Terms

Eligibility. The referred customer must be a new, first-time Home Services Express customer who has not previously booked a service. The referrer and the referred customer must be separate households. Self-referrals are not eligible.

How it works. When a new customer books and completes their first paid service and identifies the referring customer (for example, the name written on the referral card), the new customer receives $50 off that first service and the referrer receives a $50 service credit.

Credit is applied after completion and payment. Referral credit is issued only after the referred customer's first job is fully completed and paid in full. Cancelled, refunded, or unpaid jobs do not qualify.

Service credit only — no cash value. Referral rewards are issued as credit toward future Home Services Express services. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and no change or cash back will be given.

One card / one discount per job. Only one referral card or referral discount may be applied per service, per new customer. Referral offers cannot be combined or stacked with other discounts, promotions, coupons, or memberships unless we state otherwise in writing.

Must be mentioned at booking. The referral and the card must be mentioned at the time of booking. We cannot apply referral discounts or credits after a job has been scheduled, completed, or invoiced.

Non-transferable. Referral credits are tied to the referring customer's account. They cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or combined with another person's account.

We may decline or verify any referral. Home Services Express reserves the right to verify referrals and to decline, withhold, or reverse any discount or credit that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be invalid, duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or not in keeping with the spirit of the program.

We may change or end the program at any time. Home Services Express may modify, suspend, pause, or discontinue the referral program, or change these terms, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Credits already earned and confirmed will be honored.

Expiration. Unless otherwise stated, referral credits expire 12 months after they are issued if unused.

Service availability. All services remain subject to scheduling, pricing, and availability in our service area across the Grand Strand and Lowcountry of South Carolina.
